RISHABH GANDHI

FOUNDER

Mr. Rishabh Gandhi is an Advocate practicing in India. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is also a former Trial Court Judge. He is an Arbitrator and is also a Mediator enrolled with Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India.

He read Law in the chambers of Hon’ble Dr. D. Y. Chandrachud, Judge, Bombay High Court (as he then was) and Fox Mandal Little and Co., Mumbai. He has also worked as a junior advocate in the Law Chambers of Karnik and Karnik Advocates and has worked as an Associate Advocate with J. S. Wad and Co.

CHIRAG DAVE

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Mr. Chirag Dave is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) with a specialization in Business and Corporate Laws. At RGAA, he represents individuals and corporate clients in arbitration proceedings, matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and civil and commercial disputes, while also advising corporate clients on legal, regulatory, and statutory compliances. His areas of professional interest include corporate and commercial drafting, arbitration and insolvency proceedings, competition law, and property and real estate laws, and his practice is driven by a practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.

SHRADDHA DHANWATE

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE

Ms. Shraddha Dhanwate holds a Master’s Degree in Law in Corporate and Business Laws from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from ILS Law College, Pune. Her role at RGAA involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and assisting the Firm’s team in arbitration and commercial litigation matters. Her areas of interest include Corporate and Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.

ARAHANT DHOTRE

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE

Mr. Arahant Dhotre is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He holds a B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. At RGAA, he plays a key role in drafting pleadings and representing clients across a wide spectrum of matters, including civil, criminal, family, consumer, and commercial disputes. He has a keen interest in corporate litigation, arbitration, and securities and investment law. Mr. Dhotre has appeared before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Charity Commissioner, Labour Court, Consumer Forum, District and Sessions Courts, National Green Tribunal and the High Courts.

SHREYA VERMA

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE

Ms. Shreya Verma has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Law from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She has experience in corporate and commercial legal practice, with a focus on Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Data Protection and Privacy, and Indirect Taxation. At RGAA, she assists the Firm’s team in corporate advisory and litigation matters, including drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, insolvency proceedings, regulatory compliance, and legal research across Corporate and Tax laws. Her professional interests lie in corporate governance and compliance, commercial and contract drafting, privacy and regulatory advisory under the Digital Personal Data Protection framework, and insolvency resolution processes.

TANVI BOGAWAT

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE

Tanvi Bogawat is an Associate Advocate at Rishabh Gandhi and Advocates, Pune. She focuses her practice on trademark registration, trademark prosecution, and trademark infringement matters, advising clients on brand protection, enforcement strategies, and intellectual property compliance.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2023 from Savitribai Phule Pune University, securing a University Rank, reflecting strong academic merit and legal aptitude. During her legal education, she developed a focused interest in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks and brand rights.

Tanvi has actively participated in multiple national and international legal conferences, seminars, and workshops, gaining exposure to contemporary developments in intellectual property, commercial law, and dispute resolution. These engagements have strengthened her understanding of evolving legal frameworks and practical enforcement mechanisms in trademark law.

POONAM SHELOT

ADMINISTRATIVE HEAD

Poonam is the Administrative Head of the Firm. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Pune University. She has a vast experience in software testing, quality assurance and administrative work.

Her role at RGAA involves carrying out the administrative work, day to day operations and client management. She also looks after accounting and finance of RGAA.
